Farewell to Mary Lou Peters
May 1, 2018

With much gratitude, the Pro-Life Ministry bids farewell to Mary Lou Peters who for 18 years has served as the Assistant Program Coordinator of the Pro-Life Ministry for the Archdiocese of Hartford. She has served in numerous capacities. She courageously began and carried out the 40 Days for Life campaign for the last 11 years. She has boldly proclaimed the pro-life message through her witness; praying outside of abortion clinics, assisting in guiding the pilgrimages to the national March for Life, and presentations concerning bioethical matters. She will be greatly missed by all of us in the Pro-Life office. We thank her for her commitment to our mission and we know that she will continue to uphold the sanctity and dignity of human life wherever she is.
